1. General Policy

All payments made to The SCENE ACADEMY Limited for workshops, courses, classes, or events are subject to this Refund Policy.

By purchasing a place on any workshop or programme, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Non-Refundable Workshop Places

2.1 All workshop places are strictly non-refundable.
2.2 Once a place has been purchased, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind

• Scheduling conflicts

• Illness or injury

• Travel difficulties

• Failure to attend

2.3 This policy applies regardless of whether the workshop has been attended in full, in part, or not at all.

3. Carry-Over to Future Workshops

3.1 At the sole discretion of The SCENE ACADEMY Limited, and subject to availability and demand, a purchased workshop place may be carried over to the next available workshop.
3.2 Carry-overs are not guaranteed and will only be considered where capacity allows.
3.3 Any carried-over place must be used within a reasonable timeframe as determined by The SCENE ACADEMY Limited.
3.4 No cash alternative, credit, or refund will be offered if a carry-over is not possible.

 

4. Cancellation by The SCENE ACADEMY Limited

4.1 In the unlikely event that we cancel a workshop, participants will be offered either:

• A place on a rescheduled or alternative workshop, or

• A refund of the workshop fee

4.2 This will be the sole remedy available.

5. Transfers

5.1 Workshop places are non-transferable unless expressly agreed in writing by The SCENE ACADEMY Limited.
5.2 Any approved transfer remains subject to availability and operational requirements.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

6.1 Any exceptions to this policy will be made entirely at the discretion of The SCENE ACADEMY Limited.
6.2 Decisions are final and will be communicated in writing.
